• ICA reviews monthly remittances and annual operating statements
• ICA confirms annual insurance renewals
• ICA obtains evidence of real estate tax payments
• ICA reviews, negotiates and executes approved loan assumptions by new property owners

• Mortgage banker conducts annual inspections, ICA reviews the inspection and will participate if needed
