- At closing there is a review of loan documentation for commitment conformity to ICA’s standards and guidelines
- There is a full review of the property appraisal, condition report, ADA review, estoppels, subordination agreements, leases & insurance
- The closing is coordinated between all parties: mortgage banker, borrower, attorneys & ICA
- ICA physically inspects all properties prior to funding
- Investors have access to summary loan files online and complete loan files are maintained at ICA’s offices
- Original documents showing loan ownership held by UMB
